Luxacio posterior inveterada
























 Pacient jove (42) amb luxacio posterior inveterada que afecta 40-50% i com comenta al Current Concepts Review:Posterior Shoulder Dislocations and Fracture-Dislocations
C. Michael Robinson, and Joseph Aderinto, a The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery (American). 2005;87:639-650. crec que estara indicada la reconstruccio amb un empelt osteocondral o una hemiartroplastia si te una artropatia degenerativa postraumàtica.
He de buscar una via alternativa a la deltopectoral al article : Stableforth PG, Sarangi PP. Posterior fracture-dislocation of the shoulder. A superior subacromial approach for open reduction. J Bone Joint Surg Br.1992; 74:579 -84.

jo els casos que he fet (1 unilateral, 2 casos bilaterals) els he fet per abordatge deltopectoral sense masses problemes. no he tingut d'afagir cap gest complementari (desinsercio deltoides, osteotomia coracoides,...). El cas que presentes tant pot esser tributari d'empelt de cap humeral de banc i sintesi com de hemiartroplastia i probablement assoliràs bon resultat final. potser millor amb hemiartroplastia. Jo tampoc faria un Mc Laughlin doncs a mi tampoc m'han anat massa bé.
